howdy!! long time no other..know...

if you're still here, thank you for being very very patient. Many of you left kind comments saying you would continue checking back to see if the story updated. As of right now, I still have no intention to formally abandon the comic. I would really like to see it through to some kind of end. Though it may take me years of on-and-off updates!

A complicating factor in why the comic took so long to return is that this year I decided to leave Hiveworks. The site you are viewing this update on right now (unless you are in an RSS feed in which case just imagine) was built by me using the Toocheke Wordpress plugin + theme for webcomics, referencing Kevin Wilson's original design for the comiccontrol site. I really loved comiccontrol, but it's unfortunately not modernized to php versions 8 and above and so hasn't been working quite right for a few years. Some basic features on the backend were broken, including the ability to add new chapters... Anyway, with the wordpress site, I am able to do all the important things I need to do! If you notice any sort of error, feel free to let me know in the comments. I'm also active on bluesky these days!

I am still doing graphic novel work, so Otherknown isn't able to become my main comics priority again for some time yet, but I hope you'll be patient. Updates will be on Wednesdays for the time being! I am really really excited for this chapter! Thank you for joining me on this journey...AGAIN!!
